Application Process

The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation will be accepting grant applications in 2023 from 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations who focus on programs and services that assist the special needs community. Please go to our FAQ page for additional information and answers to questions you may have.

To submit a grant application for the first time, proceed to the Registration Page.  If you have applied in the past and already have an account with us, please login here.  For any additional questions, please email info@gordonhartman.com.

The key dates are as follows:

                Friday, 9/29 – deadline for submitting application & supporting documents online

                October – report production & committee review

                Monday, 10/30 – announce results, notify all applicants

                Monday, 11/6 – send out grant contracts for signature & return

                Week of 11/27 – process checks for grant awards

                Monday, 12/4 – release funds
