Grant Application Process

Welcome to the 2025 Grant Cycle!

Thank you for your interest in applying for funds from the Gordon Hartman Family Foundation. If you have applied in past cycles, please use the Applicant Login your organization was assigned. If you have not applied in the past, you may Register for an Account instead. Our FAQ page has detailed information to help guide you through the application process.

New For 2025: This year we have implemented a chat widget in the bottom right corner of the login and application pages. If you are having difficulty logging in, filling out an application, or submitting an application, this chat widget connects directly to our web support team!  Please engage with the chat bot instead of emailing the Foundation directly, as this will be the fastest way to resolve your issue.

To submit a grant application for the first time, proceed to the Registration Page. If you have applied in the past and already have an account with us, please login here

The Key dates Are as Follows:

Monday, February 3rd – Grant portal opens for applications

Monday, June 30th – Deadline for submitting applications and supporting
documents online. The portal will close at midnight.

July – Funding Committee reviews all complete grant applications.

Monday – July 7th – Funding Committee announces decisions. Applicants
will be notified by email.

Monday, August 4th – Grant Contracts will be sent out for signature and return.
Your grant award will not be processed if this document is not returned.

No later than August 29th – Grant awards will be processed through the San
Antonio Area Foundation. Funds are released within 10 days of entry.
