Program Description:

The Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) enables families without medical insurance or who have exhausted all other insurance resources to apply for free or low cost prescription drugs.

Mission:

Our mission is to serve families with children facing serious health or developmental challenges.

Ages:

0-12, 12-24, 24-36, 36-48, 48-60, 60-72, 72-84

Who is eligible to receive services through this program?

Families who have a child birth through 17 years of age with a chronic illness, disability, developmental delay or health risk, and are uninsured, insured with no prescription coverage, capped prescription coverage, or those with special circumstances may apply. Income guidelines vary, but can be as high as 250% below the poverty level. Each pharmaceutical company has individual eligibility and appeal requirements.

Where does this program provide services?

Services are provided at the 217 Howard St. San Antonio, TX 78212 location and our New Braunfels Location. Prescription Assistance Program services cover residents of Bexar and Comal Counties.
