0-12, 12-24, 24-36, 36-48, 48-60, 60-72, 72-84
Who is eligible to receive services through this program?
Individuals with IDD and any other diagnosis. They need to have Medicaid as their insurance and HCS (Home Community Services) slot approval.
Where does this program provide services?
Service are provided in the participant's residence and in the community in CLASS catchment areas throughout Texas.
Do clients pay for services?
No
How are fees determined?
We are a medicaid waiver funded program through DADS(The Department of Aging and Disability Services). If an individual moves into a HCS group home they would pay room and board.
